Terms of Service

1. Service

Resume Optimizer is an AI-powered tool that rewrites resume content to better match job descriptions. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Credits

Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when an optimization runs. Credits expire 12 months from your most recent purchase. Any new purchase resets the expiry window for all remaining credits. Expired credits are non-refundable. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used.

3. Your content

You own your resume data. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We do not sell or share your resume with third parties.

4. AI output

The service only rewrites content using information present in your original resume. We do not invent experience, skills, or achievements. AI output should be reviewed before use.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to generate false credentials, automate bulk submissions, or scrape data. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without refund.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or errors in AI-generated output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
